vacation homes.
All projects begin with a pre-construction phase billed separately. Ownership of the final
property is formalized through legal sale contracts.
All communication, deliverables, and payment terms are detailed in formal contracts.
CIMA is not responsible for changes in zoning, weather conditions, or third-party
platforms (like Airbnb).
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service implies
agreement to any changes.
